 A 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2010 Subaru Outback sit proudly outside the 2009 Rally America Year End Award Banquet  A colorful rally-inspired cake complete with co-drivers and even Michigan deer  JB Niday, managing director of Rally America, gets things started Sunday morning  The Rally America Crew  Paul Giblin from Rally America officiated the awards at this year's banquet  Mark Fox received this year's Jeff Moyle Memorial Rookie of the Year Award.
